BIA member Jay Crosby of Emmanuel Risk Solutions invites members for the next meeting of The Advisory Panel (T.A.P.) on Construction Defects. 

Members Lane Kelman and Matthew Skaroff of Cohen Seglias will be giving a presentation on residential construction defects and construction law, including claims examples and how developers and general contractors can protect themselves.

Jay T. Crosby will discuss the ways for owners/developers to protect themselves properly in regards to ground-up construction and renovation projects from the insurance perspective.
