BIA's Blueprint for Attainable Housing is a community reinvestment plan that brings to bear the expertise and capability of private sector residential developers to build more affordable housing throughout Philadelphia's neighborhoods. By leveraging the power of our members and partnerships, we can expand the number of businesses entering this market and deliver meaningful quantities of attainable new and rehabbed units, both for-sale and for rent. Production of Blueprint units for homeownership will be possible with an authentic collaboration between the City and BIA members committed to helping solve Philadelphia’s housing crisis.
