THIS EVENT HAS SOLD OUT!
During the last year, several important pieces of legislation have been passed into law (and some are still pending) that will dramatically affect the way property owners, construction businesses, real estate developers and investors, and other real estate professionals conduct themselves within Philadelphia city limits.
In this seminar, Natalie Klyashtorny of Nochumson P.C. will discuss, amongst other things, how the city government has expanded the rights of neighboring property owners when it comes to real estate construction and development, increased the protections afforded to adjacent property owners during construction by requiring property access agreements, imposed further obligations on the building permit and excavation permitting process, and restricted the ability of short-term rental investors and operators from doing business within city limits. In addition to the legislation that has already been enacted into law, Natalie will discuss some of the legislation that is on the horizon.
