L&I will begin enforcing the 2015 and 2018 Energy Codes in Philadelphia starting July 1, 2019. The new codes will challenge budgets and project teams in meeting these modern codes standards.
This session will provide an overview of new L+I compliance documentation necessary to attain your Certificate of Occupancy. We will review the new forms, technical guidance documents, and workflows to help project teams plan appropriately and manage costs.
