This session, led by Evan Litvin, Principal Architect at Lo Design, invites developers to rethink common apprehensions around adapting and re-using existing buildings in Philadelphia. Drawing on Lo Design’s integrated design–build–development approach, Evan will explore how to navigate the zoning code, unlock the hidden potential of sites with existing structures, and evaluate the value proposition of renovation versus new construction.
