BIA Member JumpStart Philly's JUMPinar series features industry experts speaking on topics of interest to the real estate development community. On February 7, Michael and Carly Zimmerman of Studio Zimm Architecture & Design will talk about the role of design and architects in overcoming obstacles, such as budget constraints, permitting, and zoning.

Each JUMPinar dives into a different subject and alternates between in-person and virtual to balance the benefit of networking with accessibility. This semi-monthly series is beneficial for both brand new investors and experienced developers.
