Attending the first time as a member:
If you're a current member of your local home builders' association and have only registered for IBS in the past as a non-member OR if you're a current member who is new to the show and have never previously registered for IBS you are eligible to attend for just $150. Learn more.

Accomodations:
When registering for IBS, the prompts to "add hotel" will allow BIA members to access a block of rooms reserved for Pennsylvania members at the Flamingo Las Vegas (the block of rooms reserved for PBA members at the Encore sold out before IBS registration officially opened). The Flamingo is on the monorail line, connecting directly to the convention center (and yes, it's pink!).
