Philadelphia campaign finance law allows individuals to contribute a maximum of $3,000 per calendar year and LP's, LLP's, LLC's sole proprietorships, political committees to contribute a maximum of $11,900 per calendar year. Contributions are not tax deductible. Checks from the treasury funds of corporations, labor organizations, and contributions from foreign nationals who are not permanent resident aliens are prohibited. Corporate contributions are prohibited.
