Join the BIA for a tour of the Eco Materials Passyunk Wash Plant!

BIA members Alterra IOS and Eco Materials joined forces to create an innovative, state-of-the-art 250tph soil washing facility, providing a safe, affordable, AND eco-friendly alternative to traditional soil disposal! 

Eco Materials utilizes environmentally friendly wet processing technologies and reclaimed stormwater to clean and sort soil, renewing 85% of inbound material for use in new asphalt and concrete products. At full capacity, Eco Materials will divert 700,000 tons of material from reaching landfills, renewing that soil into high-quality sand & stone aggregates, with all materials meeting strict PADEP standards.
