As City officials consider when and how to allow construction to resume in Philadelphia, BIA Members must learn how to operate safely and protect workers from the threat of COVID-19. Owners and GCs have an obligation to ensure safe practices are carried out by their subcontractors on individual job sites, from site-to-site, and industry-wide.
