Event Description:
Building industry organizations are gathering forces to support NAWIC Philadelphia Foundations Mentoring Young Women In Construction (MyWIC) Camp! This is the camp’s 15th year and they are expanding their mission of empowering and inspiring young women to learn the trades by hosting two separate camps. With two camps, MYWIC has the potential to double the intake of girls and welcome up to 80 campers.
This FREE camp doesn’t happen without the support of many partners and friends. Join members of the BIA, GBCA, CSI Philadelphia, ASPE Liberty Bell, IIBEC, SMPS Philadelphia, and the Enginners Club of Philadelphia for a fun evening of networking at Yards Brewery. Guests will also meet past MYWIC campers, hear about their plans, and enjoy each other’s company.
