The BIA is proud to partner with the Center City Business Association to bring you a special event highlighting Philadelphia's business, civic, political, and cultural leaders.
"Lunch with the City’s Leaders" on Thursday, June 12 will feature BIA members Ken Weinstein, Founder, Jumpstart Philly and President, Philly Office Retail, along with Jordan Parisse-Ferrarini, President, Ferrarini Permits & Planning, Jumpstart Germantown Graduate, and BIA Board Member.
As Jumpstart celebrates its 10th Anniversary, this event will highlight how the Jumpstart model has transformed communities around the city, state, and country by empowering a diverse group of developers to address critical housing needs. Ken and Jordan will share insights on expanding the supply of affordable housing using Turn the Key and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH), creating thousands of new housing units, as called for in Mayor Cherelle Parker’s H.O.M.E. Initiative, and providing financing solutions through Jumpstart Philly and the Philadelphia Accelerator Fund.
