Prior to forming D3, Greg was a managing partner in Brown Hill Development, a company specializing in residential and mixed-use projects. Greg’s areas of expertise include acquisitions, financing, entitlements, design, and construction.
Greg is also the president of JMB Associates, LLC, a regional construction management firm serving local and national clients. Under Greg’s direction, the company has constructed thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial, retail and industrial buildings in various metropolitan markets including Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
