Mo is a Managing Partner at The Riverwards Group, where he has completed more than 60 projects in Philadelphia’s booming riverwards neighborhoods, totaling close to 400 mainly single-family homes delivered over the last eight years. Under Rushdy’s leadership, the company currently is working on the following projects: North 5th Square, a development of 60 homes and commercial space in South Kensington; Avenue 30, a development of 30 homes in East Kensington; Kensington Courts, a development of 155 homes and 8 commercial spaces also in East Kensington & Ave V, a development of 147 homes and 4 commercial spaces also in South Kensington.
