Lane and Mike will join the BIA’s meeting on March 28 at OCF Realty (Fishtown) for an open discussion about the selection, drafting, and revision of various types of construction contracts. This conversation is focused on assisting developers, lenders, contractors, and other professionals involved in the building industry in identifying the specific contract formats that best match a particular project. Lane and Mike will also help identify the most critical contract provisions to include during the contract negotiation phase and some common mistakes and pitfalls.
