Join the BIA for a conversation about multifamily post-development.
In June, the BIA hosted its first forum to address the specific interests of all those involved in multifamily development, construction, and management. The goal is to share ideas and concerns, prepare for new opportunities, and build expertise and connections.
At our October 17 gathering, we will focus on post-development concerns, including lease-up, retention, revenue management, expenses, marketing, and more.
