Event Description:

The BIA of Philadelphia invites members and friends to an evening of networking with members of Philadelphia City Council and the PA General Assembly on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Special thanks to our event host, Alterra Property Group, PAC event sponsor, D3 Development, as well as our long list of Annual Sponsors for making this and all BIA events possible.  

    






For more than 80 years, the BIA has advocated on behalf of the residential building industry in Philadelphia and its influence has grown to include mixed-use and nonresidential construction. This annual fundraising event for the BIA's PAC, Philadelphia Builders for Affordable Housing, is critical for advancing the BIA legislative agenda and maintaining a positive development climate for members.

Please join us and make sure your voice is heard. Since it is a fundraiser for a separate entity, every attendee must make a donation to the PAC, including BIA Annual Sponsors.  Minimum donation is $200 per person for BIA members. Since the change in capacity, the event is now open to members only. Preferred donation levels are listed below.

(In compliance with PA Campaign Finance requirements, only personal, partnership and PAC contributions may be accepted. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.)
